Total destemming, skin macerating, light pressing, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature (15-16ºC), for 15 days. In batonnage for 6 months.
Tasting Notes
Citrus color. Citrus aroma with grapefruit notes and some minerality. Tropical and citrus notes in the mouth with a vibrant, Atlantic-influenced acidity.
Food Pairing
Ideal as an aperitif or paired with shellfish and salads.
